Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge equal to 50% of your service(s) total.
LATE POLICY: Things happen! Please text (484) 380-9840 if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your service(s) may be shortened or canceled & you will be responsible for the full price of your scheduled appointment.
NO SHOWS: Any client with an appointment classified as a “no-show” will be charged the full amount of their service(s). Any future appointments will require a deposit equal to the full amount of their service(s) at the time of booking.
